Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may request a return/exchange if:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags

Note: Colour variation due to lighting/screens will not be considered a valid reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are not eligible:

  • Products after fall & pico stitching

  • Blouse stitching orders

  • Sarees that have been worn or altered

Process

  1. Contact us with order details and product images for verification.

  2. Once approved, the product must be shipped back within the given timeline.

  3. After inspection, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
    (Refunds to original payment mode are only for failed or cancelled orders by Shri Saree Studio)

Return shipping charges may apply unless the error is from our side.
